Angela is a strategic adviser to businesses. She has provided investment and mentoring support to hundreds of ventures. In the US she worked as a global product marketing manager for Medtronic, and in Ireland led innovation activities for the company. She has led international and cross-functional teams and global projects in market research and customer insights. Angela held academic positions in both NUIG and RCSI. She has a PhD, MBA and various certifications across leadership, innovation, marketing and strategy. She is an educator on MIT's DesignX Accelerator.

Alan sources and develops investment opportunities, and supports their global scaling strategy development. He has previously founded a professional services company in strategy and investment consultancy, working with funders, state agencies, international development bodies and private clients from startup to multinational corporate. He is an internationally rated expert in these areas, leading supports for Horizon2020, the Czech Innovation Agency and accelerator development in the Middle East. Original background in science commercialisation, he now has a strong interest in convergent technologies across sectors, particularly Climatetech.

David has been involved with digital technology and start-ups throughout his career. He spent over a decade working for Enterprise Ireland across a variety of distinct roles, most recently involved with the innovative Start in Ireland programme, designed to attract HPSU companies to Ireland from overseas. David was the Dublin Chapter Director for Startup Grind, the global entrepreneurship community. Alongside running monthly Startup Grind events for four years, he has also hosted and moderated a wide-variety of events aimed at educating entrepreneurs and developing innovation ecosystems, including Dublin Web Summit, InspireFest, TCD LaunchBox, and multiple Startup Weekend events. David writes extensively on Sustainability, Impact Investment, and Innovation, and was recently invited to join Scale Ireland’s sustainability working group.

Madi has spent her career developing various programmes, driving innovation and growth for Irish start-ups. She spent five years working hands-on with start-ups and scaled organisations in Dublin’s Guinness Enterprise Centre (GEC). During this time, Madi developed and ran the award-winning University Partnership Programme which gave Ireland’s leading start-ups direct access to national and international talents. Madi has organised several internship collaborations, bridging the talent gap and giving start-ups a competitive edge. Throughout this programme, Irish start-ups gained direct access and insights to international markets leading to government led mission trips and partnerships. Originally from California, Madi has developed strong knowledge and ties to the US market and has a passion for supporting the growth of Irish start-ups.
